VSP Vision Care Will Upgrade Their Systems And Have Some Delays.





To give you and your clients more personalized service VSP Vision Care will be modernizing their systems in March 2022. In preparation for this transition, they will be unable to process most account update and servicing requests beginning Tuesday, March 8 through Sunday, March 13, 2022. They assure everyone that there will not be any benefit interruption to your employees during this time.


Starting Monday, March 14, 2022, they’ll be working on their upgraded systems and will begin to work through all requests received during the system freeze. They’re anticipating an additional 5-7 business days for processing requests received during this time.
